With that in mind, I decided to write to tell you about some measures we have taken here at the agency, and also some tips on how to use this “online confinement period” to our advantage.
So let’s go!
Starting this week our entire team has been

The answer is very simple: NO!
To be more productive, we need to be calmer, more resource data relaxed and feel welcomed. Last year I was told that this would be the year of humanity (I admit I was suspicious), but here is a great opportunity to change our outlook!
With this in mind, we made a plan for the quarantine. The idea was to minimize the risks for those we care about, but also not to affect in any way the quality, attention, care and concern for all our customers – especially because this affects all businesses and families.
That’s why I came to tell you how we’re leading this. Who knows, maybe it’ll even give you an idea to apply out there, okay?
Fixed Schedules:
At the agency we are extremely flexible. However, this is a new moment.
Now everyone arrives at 9am, we let them know when we keep your team leave for lunch, when we return and when we finish work. It’s a way of being visible even when we’re not there.
Online Task Management:
We work with iClips , which is a project and job management software. Since it is online, our work routine practically doesn’t change.
There are many in various price ranges that can fit your business, such as RunRunit , Trello , Operand and many others.
Video Conference:
I know not everyone is a fan of video, but we need this new habit. Since we work in teams a lot, videos reduce the noise of communication, because we can hear, see expressions and everything else. It’s the closest thing to a regular meeting.
We use Whereby , which is free for up to 4 people at the same time. Oh, and we’ve recently been testing Google’s HangOuts – they’ve made it free for meetings with up to 250 people at the same time!
