Our invitation to the Digital Transformation Summit was accepted by Jan Hons , Sales Director , and Hana Stuchlíková , Sales Support Manager from ČSOB Stavební spořitelna . We were interested in why they decided to implement Salesforce, what its benefits are from a sales network perspective, and how people with a wide range of skills are trained.
The interview was conducted by Michaela Tříšková, Business Consultant from Enehano Solutions, who has been involved in the project from the beginning.
Who did you decide to build a new solution for and what led you to do so?
Jan Hons: Our biggest motivation was the effort to gambling data malaysia improve client care. At the moment we have 1.3 million clients and our application is no longer sufficient for the requirements of this time, and especially the higher quality of client care that we want to provide. We needed a new tool to provide sales representatives with relevant information about clients. I am very happy that after complex discussions we decided on Salesforce, which met all our requirements.
What are the business areas that are most interesting and important to you at Salesforce?
Jan Hons: I personally see 3 such areas. Our salespeople sell 13 different products from the entire ČSOB group. In order to do their job well, it is essential for them to have an overview of the client in real time. The 360° view of the client from Salesforce serves them well for this. It allows them to work more effectively with activities, campaigns, entering requirements or tasks. They also have business results and reports available whenever they see their evaluation. This is a huge motivation for them.
And how did you set your priorities?
Hana Stuchlíková: Priorities for the business were clear from the how consumer behavior influences marketing strategy beginning, but the integration environment in the ČSOB group is complex, because first we had to solve security requirements and mandatory projects (projects due to legislation or EU regulations, author’s note). That is why business requirements did not have the priority we would have liked. However, we started with a 360° and complete set of data that business people need to know the client and provide above-standard client care. . We are testing what is beneficial for them, and in the next steps we take their feedback into account.
Honza, Hanka outlined that the project has been going on for some time. How long has it been at this point?
Jan Hons: We started in the spring of 2021. We added additional functionalities in the March release. Now we are preparing for the June release. The project is constantly evolving, because the market and its related requirements are dynamic. I believe that by the end of this year we will have the system available as we imagine. However, the project does not end there for us. We want to continue developing it if the budget allows.
Do other entities in the ČSOB group use Salesforce?
