FROM STARTUP TO PARTNER
Jirko, Enehano celebrated its 6th birthday this summer. Did you have time to stop and summarize what has been successful and unsuccessful during Enehano’s existence?
>>>>>>I had time to stop and reflect on the running of the entire company last June, when Enehano was preparing to celebrate its 5th birthday. It was exactly the period of taking stock, when we evaluated the fulfillment of the goals from the first five-year plan and considered the direction we wanted to take next.
When I founded Enehan, I had an ambitious plan. To build gambling data philippine a company from scratch that would become the number one Salesforce supplier in the Czech Republic in five years, have over 50 consultants, and have a turnover exceeding CZK 50 million. If all of this works out, we will go on a company-wide teambuilding trip to Hawaii.
The result? The team had over 70 people, the turnover exceeded the magical threshold of 100 million CZK and we truly became the number one Salesforce in the Czech Republic. We were extremely happy to have met our goals.
We’ll come back to Hawaii later. Can you describe how Enehano has changed in the first five years?
Enehano is a growth-oriented company that I founded in 2016.
We have also gradually built a management team to what are the 7 ps of strategic marketing? manage Enehan. Co-founder and CSO Michal Peška has our efforts under his thumb at home and abroad. Milan Bodlák, who has been at Enehan since the very beginning, is responsible for the largest department, delivery. We have also made great progress in financial management, thanks to which we have abandoned emotional management of the company. Today I can say that we are a stable company that, thanks to CFO Katka Alenková, deals with cash flow management, liabilities and makes decisions based on reports. What I like most about it is the fact that we manage the company in Salesforce.
VISION FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS. WILL THERE BE A TRIP TO THE MOON?
You mentioned the challenges for the next five years. Are you just as ambitious in your plans for 2021-2026? And what will be the reward?
>>>>Following our growth strategy, we want to become the number one Salesforce in the Central and Eastern European region within five years with a turnover of more than 500 million CZK and 250 consultants.
When we were sketching out our vision for the next five years, we of course also thought about what kind of team building we would do next. Whether we would go to the Philippines or buy an island. But as we moved forward, these ideas no longer aligned with our values, which we live by at Enehan.
