Digital Transformation Summit will show new possibilities

In the last year, even companies that were previously virtually unaffected by digital transformation have begun to address it intensively. The entire industry has grown several times over, is rapidly moving and developing. That is why in exactly one month, the Digital Transformation Summit will bring the latest experiences and inspiration from Czech and foreign leaders in the automation and digitalization of corporate processes, business and marketing, as well as insights and news directly from Salesforce, the world’s most intelligent customer relationship management system.

The heart of the Digital Transformation Summit (DTS)

Will be demonstrations of concrete solutions from practice in the field of digital transformation and automation. On May 13 , 8 leaders of Czech and foreign companies , who are innovators in the field of digitalization of corporate processes, will share their experiences and practical demonstrations in the virtual world of Confer-O-Matic.

Inspiration plays a leading role
DTS will kick off with the topic of Salesforce, which according to Gartner is the long-term global leader in CRM solutions. Petra Jenner, Salesforce’s regional vice president responsible for Central and Eastern Europe, will present Salesforce’s perspective on digital transformation, as well as the latest news and trends, and will also describe what successful digital companies do differently than others.

The focus of the entire summit will be mainly inspiring company stories and their case studies focused on automation and digital transformation of company processes and customer communication. Company leaders will be divided into Czech and foreign stages in the virtual world.

Practical examples and 3D networking on the beach

The Czech stage will show how to manage digital transformation strategic marketing is not just about advertising  even in a corporation, how to use digitalization in marketing, sales or the client center, and will also introduce visitors to the specifics of digital transformation towards B2B customers. Vladimír Püschner from DPD , Pavel Kottink from ČMSS or Filip Paseka from Zonka will share their experiences in Czech.

The foreign stage will present how intelligent CRM can thailand data  help startups grow and how digitalization can improve the customer journey in the B2B segment. It will also show new employee management options or optimal approaches to CRM development. In English, speakers will include Peyu Petrov from the Swedish company Getinge , one of the largest manufacturers of medical devices in the world, Paulo Jorge Fernandes from Salesforce , or Emel Idriz from the German company Pricefx, one of the global leaders in product pricing.

It will take place via the Confer-O-Matic platform, where it will be possible to attend various lectures, network with experts, or share experiences in prepared chat zones.
