- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation method
Cooking pasta:
- In a large pot, boil water with a level teaspoon of salt.
- Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
- Drain, reserving half a cup of the cooking water.
Preparation of the sauce:
