That’s why we combined them into one group. In the table, you can see the median salaries for individual levels of PPC specialists divided into Prague and the rest of the Czech Republic.
In Prague, a junior at HPP
Currently earns 35 thousand, which is an increase of 25% compared to 2018. Seniors have improved more and their bc data europe salary has grown by almost 40% to 55 thousand.
In the rest of the Czech Republic, salaries are of course lower and have also grown a little slower. Juniors earn 26 thousand and their salary has hardly changed in the last 5 years. Seniors earn 40 thousand and enjoy a 25% growth.
Results: Freelancers
Interesting shifts can be seen among your data and get to the heart freelancers. On average, they have improved more than employees.
In Prague, their salaries have increased by 54%. But the most significant growth is in the rest of the country, where freelancers have matched Prague and invoice almost 100 thousand crowns per month.
Corporate benefits
Finally, we asked about the benefits that people can use in their work. The most common benefits were, of course, home office and flexible working hours.
Around 70% of PPC specialists switzerland leads receive an education allowance, meal vouchers and have company teambuildings.
On the contrary, the least offered benefits include a shortened work week, therapy, and time for innovation.
